McGovern’s RV & Marine is hosting its first annual Indoor Boat Show & Sale this weekend.

The three-day event is showcasing a range of about 25 boats, water sports equipment and boating supplies.

“Larson has come out with a fantastic lineup of boats this year,” said John Majeran, general manager at McGovern’s.

He said Grande Prairie is lacking in large-scale boat shows and he hopes the new show can help fill that void.

“We’re just asking people to come out and have a look, there’s no pressure on them whatsoever,” he said.

The show is taking place at the Crystal Centre from 9 a.m. to 9 p.m. on Friday, 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. on Saturday and 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. on Sunday. Admission is free.
