This is Not your typical city dealership! It feels like a small town dealer that really has customers first and not pushy at all! We bought a 2015 camper from them in the height of camping vid 19pandemic and did not purchase warranty for it. Well 2.5 months later the main slide was faulty and pulling the main wall in. I thought my summer was tuned I thought it was a weight off! The wife called to see if they could help expecting that they would charge us for the repairs well guess what they said dont worry about it bring it down and if you dont mind we will assess the damage and they called and said they will front the repairs but please be patient as our main technician is on Hollidays and as soon as he is back they would start the repairs however it did take 3 weeks to fix but it was the hot season and their aluminum welder was waiting for the man to finish his Holliday and when he returned from vacation he prioritize the repair right away. Way to go guys we do appreciate it. Than some time later we went back to downsize smaller camper and we agreed on a price and understanding that they are in business to make money but guess what they did not rake us over the coals!!! they even threw in 4 years warranty for us. Im so happy with sales mike, Leanne and of course Meghan in finance gave us the best possible rate. Oh yeah did I forget to mention when we opened up our new camper there was a thank you card with a lovely note and a couple nice mugs from our sales lady Leanne like nobody else does that these days. these people are for real! if you want a non pushy sales bunch and a great interest rate go in and see this for yourself. These guys are genuine and Im really happy with our purchase. Their is a reason why returning customers return. Try it out yourself and go check out the others in the area and you will soon realize that this dealer is small town Values!

This is our second rv purchase from McGoverns. Both experiences have been excellent. Their sales staff (John Haandrikman in this case) have been attentive, knowledgeable and helpful without being overbearing. Both times we have had very competitive prices with other dealers and the sales manager (Nick, In our most recent purchase) has worked to meet the competing prices so that we could deal locally as we always want to support local businesses.

We have found their service department very helpful with the few issues weve encountered, and in fact worked to resolve an issue with the factory that appeared three years past purchase. It is worth noting that Keystone also stepped up to plate and there was no question in fixing the issue. Our latest purchase was also a Keystone product.

We have been camping with rvs for over 32 years and I was very happy to deal with McGoverns RV again. Start to finish, very customer friendly and selling quality products!

Our trailer was one of the campers that unfortunately burnt in Mcgoverns terrible fire this spring. Nick was very quick to order us a camper and did everything he could to get it here as soon as possible. We never ever felt forgotten or neglected even when the Keystone plant kept delaying delivery of our unit. Nick always kept us informed and I think when it got here he went above and beyond to make sure we had it quickly and that we were happy with our purchase.

Great service and deal we made with them, love the high end eagle we bought, not new but was in such good condition you would think it was. Checked 3 other rv companies and service was better here and weren't scared to throw a few things in extra, love the lawn chairs as didn't even see them until we got home with the rv.

Hands down amazing experience. It's as if everyone has been your friend or family member for years. Told them what I needed and wanted and Terrance went above and beyond to find it for us! They were all amazing with our 3 year old and let him explore everything(even took him exploring) parts was so helpful and easy, service went above and beyond to help us. We really didnt have much for questions because everyone covered them all! They made sure we were 100% before we even thought about leaving and they took the extra time when we were ready to go, to make sure we were ok! Hello I just like to tell you the excellent work of three people who worked on my new fifth wheel Keystone Hideout 2015 in Canada. I bought my fifth wheel last summer in Alberta, Canada. The service offered by McGoverns (Grande Prairie) was impeccable especially Mr. Kevin Saare. His expertise and attention to my needs was a decisive factor in the purchase of a Keystone product. In addition, I want to acknowledge the work of Ms.France Allard and Mr.Patrick Lachaine at AS Levesque (Trois-Rivieres, Quebec) that have graced the Keystone guarantee exemplary and have made of all the work in order to repair my fifth wheel without discussion. I really appreciated these collaboration to help me.

I knew what kind of trailer I was looking for and although there were a couple of similar models available in Alberta and BC, the sales staff (especially Christine) at McGoverns won my business. Christine treated me with respect and didn't overwhelm me with call-backs like the other companies did. She didn't assume to know things or spout inaccurate information, but researched answers and responded accordingly. I purchased the unit sight unseen and the service staff (especially Kevin and Stephanie) jumped through hoops for us, ensuring the unit was totally ready to hit the Alaska Highway during snowfall, Yukon-bound. The new (to me) 5th wheel is everything I hoped for. McGoverns RV did a great job making sure my purchase was a good one. Great overall experience. Drove 4 hours just so I could purchase off McGovern's even though two other dealers were closer and also had the Toy hauler I wanted in stock. Not going to sugar coat it, yes there were deficiencies with our coach, as is with all RV's. The time and manner in which the issues were handled and repaired speaks volumes of management, sales, service and technicians. Would definitely purchase my next unit here when it's time to upgrade.
