The bear minimum winterization is also available for drop off on a first come first serve basis! Make sure it's done before the hard freeze to make sure you don't void your warranty. This winterization is a must-do!

Reach Out
Call, text, email, or use our online service request to book a drop-off appointment with our service advisors. A service advisor will contact you within one business day to coordinate your drop-off appointment and discuss the requested repairs.

Drop Off
On your drop-off appointment bring your unit to our service department! At this time, our service advisors will sit with you and confirm all requested repairs, add new concerns to be addressed, and take any necessary photos of your unit to ensure nothing is missed.

Next In Line
We will add your RV or Boat to our Service Centre’s Repair Schedule. This step can vary in length based on the requirements of the repairs and the volume of units in queue.

Repairs in Action
Your RV or Boat will be moved into our Service Centre to be assessed by one of our experienced technicians. At this time your service advisor may contact you with quotes, updates, and or clarification regarding the ongoing repairs on your unit

Ready to Go
After repairs are completed, your service advisor will notify you via text message or a phone call to schedule a pick- up appointment.

On the Road Again
When you arrive to pickup your RV or Boat, like your drop-off appointment. You will have time to sit with your service advisor to view, discuss details, and address any remaining questions you may have before you are off enjoying your RV or Boat again!
