@WANDER.FREE.AND.QUEER- DANELLA & ALLIE

We are Danella and Allie, a queer couple in our mid-thirties who travel full-time in our RV with our two dogs. We are new to the full-time RV lifestyle and are eager to connect with other nomadic people. We love that just by being women on the road we are challenging stereotypes about what women are capable of. We also love that we can quickly create a connection with other women based on our shared experiences. However, facing judgement and criticism from other people is a big challenge we face about being female travelers.

@IWANDERWILD - AMY

"Where I find an unknown horizon, I find the very best of me". For Amy it's all about heart connections and she finds her deepest connection in the wild. Living in a van has given her the opportunity to embrace that simple living mentality. She navigates both off grid wandering and a professional life as an Equestrian Photographer to maintain a balance that works and as she puts it, "makes her a more compassionate, grateful and loving human."

@THECROOKEDMILE- KATHERYN & CATHERINE

CATHERINE HALKYARD

Bleach blond capitalist or Hippy gypsy. Only time will tell. As a wound-up, stressed-out, go for it lady, I am ready to pack up, roll out and explore.

Leaving my job, home, 24 year old daughter and 70 year old mother may seem like a lot, but when I recently turned 50 I could not fathom another 15 years living the same life I have always lived. Some people think I am crazy. People say you are "at the top of your game", "have a great reputation," "are doing really well," but am I?

It is time to live life to the fullest, with Kathryn and Narnia at my side

KATHRYN MILLER

Never sure if I'm coming or going, a road trip is the perfect way for me to spend a year off work. If you're wondering where I'm at, look up. You'll probably find me with my head in the clouds.

My goal for this trip is to spend every day laughing my head off with my best friend. I am excited about what lies ahead on this great adventure and can't wait to share it all with you!

NARNIA (CATBOSS)

#Catboss. I'm a 14 1/2ish grey point Siamese that is VERY loud. My favourite spot is a sunny lap, but really, any lap will do.

For an elderly cat I am in pretty good shape, although I did have to add fiber food to my diet to keep me regular. I believe that is equivalent to human bran buds.

I sleep on a heating pad so am not 100% certain how this is going to pan out while boon-docking but will give it a go as I have a lot of faith in my moms.

@STORYCHASING- AMBER B

I've always had a penchant for this wanderlust lifestyle and in recent years really embraced a more minimalistic way of living. Thankfully my family and friends completely understand and support me in this nomadic life.

I grew up in Carrollton, Texas, a suburb of Dallas, and moved away in my twenties to Florida for a short time and then to Ohio for several years before I landed in Seattle, Washington. Besides a couple of short moves for work, I lived there for the last 15 years in the Seattle area.

Several years ago, I lived in a 480-square foot apartment in the downtown Seattle area and fell in love with the minimalistic living. It felt so freeing, relaxed, and simple. Then I decided to purchase my first home just north of Seattle. Literally the day I moved in I was still thinking about when I could RV full-time and continue to dream of that life.

For about five years, prior to traveling full-time in my RV, I had been researching the RV lifestyle in preparation for when the time came to make that transition. The house, at 1,800 square feet, felt claustrophobic, coupled with working remotely in my home, I seemed to never leave it. I yearned for more freedom.

After a year of living in my new home, I decided to sell the home and sell everything in it so I could fulfill this dream of RVing full-time. I was nervous about the learning curve of a completely different lifestyle, maintaining an RV, and where would I sleep each night. I had some fear wrapped up in traveling as a solo female and the safety of being alone on the road.

However, I embraced my fears and dove head first into overcoming this challenge. The reward on the other side of breaking through my fears was this beautiful, engaging, and transformative life.

Over the last 15 years, I've checked all the boxes. Earned a college degree, got a job in corporate America, fell in love, got married, moved a lot, traveled a bit, bought a house, adopted a dog, was promoted, bought more shit I didn't need, fell out of love, got divorced, spent way too much time at work in order to hide from life, fought depression, won the fight, jumped out of an airplane, tried online dating, quit online dating, learned to love cooking, never stopped loving eating, changed jobs again...three times...in a year...at the same company. Ooof.

It's time to breathe. I don't have all the answers - very few, in fact. All I know for sure is that I need to pursue happiness that isn't built on the shaky foundation of money and title and things. In August 2017 I decided to throw in the towel, eject from cube life, and take some time to focus on what's really important. I'm incredibly lucky that this is even an option for me, so I plan to make the absolute best of it. Here goes nothing!

@NO.WHERE.TO.BE.PROJECT- DANA

Daughter. Sister. School. College. Grad School. Wife. Mother. Mother again. Divorce. Educator. Remarriage. Grad School again. Professor. Orphan. Empty Nester.

The above list is a chronological representation of my life so far. Like many of you, I cannot remember a time when I didn’t have someone to care for and something for which I was responsible. March 6, 2018, the day I chose to retire, marks a formidable change for me and presents a new approach to the rest of my life. I call this next phase the Nowhere to Be Project. Who knows what it will bring or who I may become, but I plan to use this forum as a means of documenting the many changes, good and bad.

A few words to describe me? Adventurer and explorer. I’m someone always looking for the unfamiliar, looking to learn something new...try something new. This applies to everything in life...travel, culture, meeting people, new phases in life, food...I could go on forever. I have a severe case of FOMO (Fear of Missing Out).

@OUR.LITTLE.CHINOCK- AMBER C

Hey! I’m Amber and I’m a 27 year old city dwelling lady who travels with her boyfriend Matt and our Mini Australian Shepherd, Luna.

We are currently restoring our 1976 Toyota Chinook so we will be able to travel the country in it, hopefully this upcoming fall. We’ve had the rig for almost 2 years this summer. It’s a long and tedious process but I know in the end it will be so worth it. Having a vintage RV is insanely ambitious and a little bit daunting. It needs to be safe, it needs to be practical and it needs feel like home.

@KANDACEROGERSFITNESS - KANDACE

My name is Kandace and I am from the sunny, hot Northern California town called Redding. I would not have considered myself an active person until three years ago when I realized something needed to change. I was not happy with how I looked, I tried to hide my body in baggy fit clothing and I ate like crap. I started my fitness journey privately, I started with boot camps and gained enough confidence to tackle the gym on my own. I have learned a lot in that time and turned a few things around, lost some pounds and gained some muscle. I turned to Beachbody because I still felt like something was missing. I have been following the Beachbody family for a while now just quietly sitting back and watching everyone else and their success stories. Money was always my first issue until a dear friend believed in me and sponsored my sign up knowing that I would succeed. SO here I am in the beginning the next chapter of my journey with my new family and I am so excited beyond belief for this opportunity!
